Privacy

The short version for our waitlist. Torqued (“we”) collects what you give us on this site: your email; optionally your car, postal or ZIP code, an upcoming repair and a quote or photo; and, if you join as a mechanic, your name, phone, city, experience, licence type and specialties.

How we use it

To hold your spot, confirm your email, tell you about your position and our launch, and decide where to launch and which mechanics to recruit first. Referral codes let friends who join with your link move you up. We count visits and signups with privacy-friendly analytics, and we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to stop spam.

Who sees it

We don’t sell your data. Service providers that run the site (hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, analytics) process it on our behalf. Uploaded quotes and photos are stored privately and only the Torqued team can view them.

Your choices

Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@torqued.ai.
